Creating a form

So let's say you want to create a form, if you read the first part you know you will need two things:

1. Create a form here
2. Add an HTML form to your page, with the forwd.io URL we gave you in first step.

Create a form on Forwarder.cc

1. Click on "+ Add a new form" in the sidebar:
2. Fill the modal
3. Save it
